The panel is designed to give Little Mud Club access to skills beyond our founder's experience that we need to grow in a sustainable and enriching way.
Rebecca Davies, Early Years Educator
Rebecca is an experienced early years practitioner based in South Wales.
Qualified in Early Years Care and Education (CCLD), Early Years Food and Nutrition and Advanced Child Protection. Her specialties are speech and language and music and movement.
Rebecca has a lot of hobbies! As an outdoorsy family, they are very active. They love walking and are currently working their way through a list of the highest Welsh mountains. They love their local forest, bushcraft and archery. Rebecca also loves art and craft, particularly ceramics – she says it’s playing with mud for grown-ups!
Pauline Giroux, Senior Manager - Purpose and Sustainability
Originally from France, Pauline is an award winning business leader specialising in sustainability and purpose-led strategy.
She’s a member of the Institute of Corporate Responsibility & Sustainability and a non-executive director at Against Violence & Abuse, a charity committed to ending gender based violence, and is on the Steering Group of Lean in Leeds.
In her spare time Pauline enjoys walks in the beautiful Yorkshire Dales.
Lorraine Varley, Corporate Partnerships Manager
Lorraine is an experienced corporate partnerships professional with nearly ten years experience working in the children's sector for the likes of BBC Children in Need, ITV's Text Santa and Whizz-Kidz. Managing partnerships with companies including Boots, Asda, 20th Century Fox, Jo Jingles and Build-A-Bear Workshop.
Based in Manchester, Lorraine will advise us on corporate fundraising, social responsibility and product development.
In her spare time she enjoys writing, live music and travelling.
